FilmDNA is a free film recommendation service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your film preferences and suggest movies you might enjoy. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

4. Intellectual Property

Film data, posters, and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

The FilmDNA name, logo, and original content are the property of FilmDNA. You may share your results and recommendations freely.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers:

• The Movie Database (TMDB) — Film data and images, subject to TMDB Terms of Use
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI recommendations, subject to Anthropic Terms
• Vercel — Hosting infrastructure

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that recommendations will match your preferences, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that film information will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilmDNA and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
